Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of nurses and care staff to deliver person-centered care that meets the highest standards.
• Oversee the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual resident needs, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical care outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance quality and safety.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to staff, promoting professional development and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers, families, and residents to ensure holistic care and support.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification with current registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar clinical leadership role within the aged care sector.
• Demonstrated clinical expertise and strong knowledge of aged care standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and empower others.
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• A genuine passion for providing quality care to older adults and enhancing their quality of life.
• Must be local to or willing to relocate to the Ballina area.
