Please note these positions are best suited to individuals seeking labouring work! As a road worker, you will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of roads, highways, and other infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are new to the industry and looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the construction and repair of roads, sidewalks, curbs, and other infrastructure projects.
• Operate various hand tools and equipment under the guidance of experienced crew members.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; however, experience in construction or a related field is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced crew members.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - HR Licence Preferred
• Construction Induction Card
