As part of our customers growing team, we are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Spray Seal Crew Members for a mix of both local and away work.

Position Overview: As a Spray Seal Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting in the application of bituminous spray seal on road surfaces. This role involves working closely with a team of experienced professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects, both locally and in remote locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of work sites, including cleaning and priming surfaces.
2. Operate and maintain spray seal equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
3. Work collaboratively with the crew to achieve project objectives and deadlines.
4. Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues to the supervisor.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Current and valid driver licence with HR Truck or above 
2. Construction induction white card 
3. Previous experience in spray seal or road construction is highly desirable.
4. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
5. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
6. Basic understanding of construction equipment and maintenance.
7. Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.
