My client is seeking a Service Account Executive to join their team in Brisbane! The right candidate will have a strong HVAC background with proven leadership qualities. The right person will be working between QLD and NT but will be based out of my clients office in Brisbane.

Requirements:

• Trade certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Minimum 5 years of trade experience.
• Prior leadership and supervision experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service focus.
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and administration functions.
• Working knowledge of WH&S regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage authorized service centers, ensuring compliance and performance.
• Provide technical support and training to service centers.
• Coordinate service calls and handle administration tasks.
• Oversee on-site operations and safety compliance.
• Foster positive employee and customer relations.

Qualifications:

• Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
