gives us a platform of commitment to create a Project Team dedicated to your role(s), as opposed to one Consultant working for you in between additional, potentially greater, priorities. When retained we turn away new projects if they could dilute our service levels on your roles.
2) Exhaustive Search
of all avenues for candidate sourcing, not just finding someone that can do the job. We maximise the candidate pool via priority listed adverts, database searches, direct headhunting and industry networking. This gives you increased confidence that whoever you do hire really is the best person you could have hired. The costs associated with hiring the wrong person often far outweigh that of any recruitment fee.
3) Confidentiality
Are there business / political issues if you approached certain people in certain companies? We can approach people and qualify their suitability without divulging who you are. It can sometimes be difficult for you to contact someone without the underlying implication of 'we want you for this role', which may not actually be the case. any candidate introduced to you with a retained campaign is exclusive to you until you state you are no longer interested in them for that role.
