Permanent Recruitment Services

Our flexibility allows us to work with our clients collaboratively and devise the most appropriate delivery methodology relevant to their recruitment objectives. Typically this is via two core options for permanent recruitment services, a) - advertised campaigns and, b) - contingent recruitment services

a) Advertised Campaigns

You will have a committed project team managing the assignment and giving you weekly assignment updates. Through our sophisticated reporting tools we will provide you with appropriate statistical analysis to give you and your firm peace of mind that your project is being managed effectively.

This can happen for both multiple staff requirement or a single hire. Your AustCorp project team will work within agreed timeframes to fill the brief and deliver short listed candidate presentations, with the reasons why we are recommending them to you for the role.

We will also pay to advertise your role at no additional cost to you, as we are a large buyer of different advertising mediums and can factor costs into assignments for simplicity and guaranteed results. Where appropriate we are happy to incorporate your company logo for brand awareness and marketing, which will generate further interest in your advertised campaign through AustCorp Executive.

b) Contingent Recruitment Services

AustCorp contingent recruitment services allow us to show our resourcing capability through our extensive market coverage. We work in a competitive market and we understand that for certain requirements you may initially engage multiple recruitment providers. Internet advertising and AustCorp Database Searching utilises both our bespoke candidate match platform and our industry network, which reflects sixteen years of talent management and candidate generation that may have an interest in your requirement. Networking our specific industry contacts and using our market knowledge always brings results.

AustCorp contingent recruitment services are paid for as a fixed fee based on a percentage of the candidates annual salary. This is a fee for success model and we also offer a three month guarantee period.

Executive Search (domestic and international)

It is common knowledge that most companies spend the majority of their recruitment resources targeting the small percentage of employees who are actively looking for a new role. At AustCorp Executive we understand that the best people in the industry may not be actively looking, and you need a different process for sourcing and recruiting them.

AustCorp Executive Search operates on a retained basis, with an example fee structure being:

  • 1/3 of the projected fee paid upfront on acceptance of assignment
  • 1/3 payable on presentation of the accepted shortlist of candidates
  • 1/3 payable on the successful executive candidate’s start date with your firm

gives us a platform of commitment to create a Project Team dedicated to your role(s), as opposed to one Consultant working for you in between additional, potentially greater, priorities. When retained we turn away new projects if they could dilute our service levels on your roles.

4) Down time

looking for the right people is incredibly time consuming. We are experts in this type of work and allow your employees to focus on other tasks, and so avoiding commercial and financial downtime.

5) Mediation

some individuals do not want to approach a company directly and will ONLY look at something if there is a consultancy managing the process with them. We can control the entire recruitment process life-cycle for you, including initial market feedback, organising of interviews, candidate feedback management, candidate referencing, offer presentation, resignation management, contractual negotiations, etc. We exist to ensure you are and remain the number one choice for prospective employees.

6) Reputation Management

we ensure every interviewed candidate is handled with care and satisfied with the process no matter the outcome. If you advertise directly and have 100 applicants - that’s 99 people that know you've seen their details and 99 people who didn't get the job - how does this impact how they view your organisation?

7) Timescales

an executive search campaign ensures quicker turnaround, as our staff dedicate their time exclusively to this campaign and we work backwards from your ideal start date. Interview dates and start dates can also all be organised in advance, meaning you keep control on your diary.

8) Exclusivity

any candidate introduced to you with a retained campaign is exclusive to you until you state you are no longer interested in them for that role.

9) Partnership

the entire campaign is managed and conducted by one firm - we treat these campaigns as an Alliance and a partnership. You do not want three different recruitment firms approaching the same people and you want to be able to drive quality down one clear path - our path. We collaborate and operate with transparency so you know exactly what we are doing and when we are doing it.

10) Long term talent profiling

should we be positioned as a true partner with your firm then we would be profiling your organisation ahead of other firms when speaking to talented individuals. We are in a position to identify and assess future talent and present them to you through formal or informal introductory meetings. This elevates how you are perceived by individuals, with the aim that when they are looking or perhaps when they have further developed their skills they know they can be quickly reintroduced to your organisation as you know who they are and they know who you are. 11) Commitment

we are careful about what project we are retained for - we are aware of the possible consequences should we be unsuccessful. We only recommend using a retained search if we believe it to be in the best interests of our clients and we are confident of our ability to deliver. Contract/On Hire Recruitment Services (Australia only)

AustCorp has a specialist on hire (contract staff) team in all our Australian office locations. We give our clients the flexibility to specify an employment period which can be long or short, to benefit from our candidates skills and capability. We offer both white collar interim management and onsite technical professionals on a contract basis. Working at an agreed rate we include all the on costs involved, and will manage and retain our contract staff as long as you need them. We have contract/on hire staff working across Australia on various projects within Engineering, IT, Oil & Gas, Construction and the Australian Mining markets.

The AustCorp Contracting/On Hire Division measures itself on quality, accuracy, speed of delivery and our staff management experience on your behalf.
