The Opportunity We’re recruiting 2x Maintenance Fitters for a well-established FMCG site in Oakey.

The Role Working as part of the maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for keeping plant equipment running efficiently across a high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant equipment
• Fault finding and repairs across conveyors, pumps, valves, and mechanical systems
• Support shutdowns and project work
• Work closely with production to minimise downtime
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to site standards

What We’re Looking For

• Trade-qualified Fitter (Cert III Mechanical Trade)
• Experience in FMCG, food processing, or heavy industrial environments
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts (day/afternoon/night)
• Team player with a strong safety mindset
