Job description
My client, a leader in natural healthcare, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their naturopath practitioner sales team in Western Australia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of natural healthcare and be eager to develop their sales and territory management skills.

Key responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs for the assigned territory
- Implementing sales, marketing, and education plans
- Managing territory call cycles effectively
- Building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities
- Conducting 6-8 customer calls per on-road day
- Collaborating with the team at various events and exhibitions
- MUST HAVE: A qualified naturopath or herbalist
- Strong analytical abilities and willingness to learn business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and business development abilities
- Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel overnight
- Commitment to long-term engagement in the role
