Job description

My client, a leader in natural healthcare, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their naturopath practitioner sales team in Western Australia. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of natural healthcare and be eager to develop their sales and territory management skills.

Key responsibilities:
  • Achieving sales targets and KPIs for the assigned territory
  • Implementing sales, marketing, and education plans
  • Managing territory call cycles effectively
  • Building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities
  • Conducting 6-8 customer calls per on-road day
  • Collaborating with the team at various events and exhibitions
We're looking for:
  • MUST HAVE: A qualified naturopath or herbalist
  • Strong analytical abilities and willingness to learn business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and business development abilities
  • Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel overnight
  • Commitment to long-term engagement in the role
