About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Aluminium Window & Facade Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. Working within a modern production facility, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality aluminium windows, doors, curtain wall systems, balustrades, and architectural facade products for large-scale commercial and residential projects.

This role suits someone from a commercial glazing, aluminium fabrication, facade, shopfitting, or architectural metalwork background who enjoys precision work and takes pride in producing quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble aluminium window, door, and facade systems.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical specifications.
• Cut, machine, drill, punch, and assemble aluminium components.
• Install hardware including locks, hinges, rollers, and seals.
• Operate saws, routers, punch machines, and other fabrication equipment.
• Assist with curtain wall, balustrade, and custom architectural aluminium systems.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet project specifications.
• Work closely with production and installation teams to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience fabricating aluminium windows, doors, facades, or glazing systems.
• Ability to read workshop drawings and fabrication schedules.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Forklift licence (LF) advantageous.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety focused.
