AUSTCORP are looking for an experienced Asphalt Supervisor to join our growing pavement team for our customer based in Townsville.

You’ll be leading asphalt crews across a range of civil and pavement projects throughout the region, ensuring jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on, working with a good crew, and taking pride in delivering quality outcomes without the corporate nonsense.

What you Need:

• Current Driver Licence (HR Licence would be great)
• White Card (Construction Induction card)
• RII Tickets (Skid Steer, Paver, Roller, FEL) Good to have
• Experience supervising asphalt or civil crews
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to Pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug test
• Able to pass a Police Check
• Knowledge of asphalt paving operations and safety requirements
• Ability to coordinate crews, plant, and daily site activities
• Current driver licence (HR licence advantageous)
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
