A strong, skilled and customer-orientated Asset Management specialist to support service delivery through effective and efficient asset management planning – routine / reactive maintenance and lifecycle – though an ISO55000 framework with relevant data population; undertaking RCA and ensuring RCM is implemented / managed correctly.

Base Criteria
Holding a technical or trade qualification, with 5+ years Maintenance Scheduling / Planning experience along with strong experience in asset lifecycle management including CMMS updating and lifecycle planning. You will have a background in Reliability Engineering gained ideally in the Utilities, FMCG or Resources sectors.

Skills and Attributes
- 5+ years’ experience in managing the delivery of asset management and lifecycle analysis within outsourced Technical FM or Engineering services supporting Local Councils or State Government, Utilities, Hospitals, Tertiary Education or Industrial premises.
- Strong technical skills (M&E/HVAC) with the ability to undertake Asset reviews, audits and visual condition surveys to enable the compilation of accurate asset lists, maintenance strategies and solutions.
- An excellent communicator, with strong English skills – including technical writing to convey scope of works, justifications and benefits to all stakeholders (including layman’s terms).
- Solid experience in scheduling of Routine Maintenance, Updating CMMS with Reactive Maintenance calls, Planning Lifecycle Asset Management strategies (1, 3, 5, 10 year) and ensuring urgent maintenance or support requests are logged and attended to in a timely manner.
- Strong scheduling and reporting experience gained on Mex, Maximo, SAP, Pronto, or a similar CMMS
