Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled and driven BMS Estimator / BDM to join their Sydney-based team.
The Role
This is a hybrid position combining technical estimating with business development. You will play a key role in securing new projects, building client relationships, and delivering accurate and competitive BMS proposals.

The Role
This is a hybrid position combining technical estimating with business development. You will play a key role in securing new projects, building client relationships, and delivering accurate and competitive BMS proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for BMS projects (new installations and upgrades)
- Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within NSW
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Collaborate with engineering and project delivery teams to ensure seamless handover
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Contribute to bid strategy and commercial negotiations
- Proven experience in BMS estimating, sales, or project engineering
- Strong knowledge of BMS platforms (e.g., Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell, etc.)
- Commercially astute with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Self-motivated with a strong track record in winning work
- NSW driver’s license
- Attractive base salary + uncapped commission structure
