The Opportunity
Take charge of a close-knit fabrication branch in Edinburgh North. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee daily operations, support your team, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage end-to-end branch operations — fabrication, scheduling, procurement, budgets, and client service.
  • Lead and mentor a small workshop team, fostering a safe, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee inventory, suppliers, and workflow to maintain seamless project delivery.
  • Track performance metrics, financials, and reporting to support continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the wider management team.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3–5 years’ leadership experience in steel fabrication or related manufacturing.
  • Practical understanding of welding, fabrication standards, and workshop processes.
  • Proven ability to lead from the front — hands-on, solutions-focused, and approachable.
  • Solid commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
