What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end branch operations — fabrication, scheduling, procurement, budgets, and client service.
- Lead and mentor a small workshop team, fostering a safe, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
- Oversee inventory, suppliers, and workflow to maintain seamless project delivery.
- Track performance metrics, financials, and reporting to support continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the wider management team.
- 3–5 years’ leadership experience in steel fabrication or related manufacturing.
- Practical understanding of welding, fabrication standards, and workshop processes.
- Proven ability to lead from the front — hands-on, solutions-focused, and approachable.
- Solid commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
