About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our Adelaide team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development and sales initiatives across South Australia and nationally.
  • Identify new markets, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and partners.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Manage tenders, proposals, and the full sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Report on sales pipeline, performance metrics, and market trends.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • A valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel as required.
