- 3+ years B2B sales experience in AV, SaaS, digital, or tech-based solutions
- A proven track record of closing mid-to-large sized deals
- Confidence presenting to IT, Marketing, Procurement, and C-level stakeholders
- Strong CRM discipline and sales process ownership
- Background in digital signage, AV/IT, or media tech is highly desirable
- $100K–$120K base + super + uncapped commissions (OTE $200K+)
