Technical Sales Manager

Job description

A Business Development or Sales Manager to work across various countries in Europe to deliver Defence products and represent service delivery.

The Role
You will represent a defence manufacturing organisation across Europe while supporting and developing a small team focused on business development, sales, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the Defence Business Manager to support sales development and company growth.
  • Identify market opportunities within the EU and lead region-specific sales strategies
  • Proactively manage performance, monitoring and driving key monthly KPIs.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to support product development
Requirements:
  • Experienced in aligning business strategies with evolving market conditions
  • Ability to run in sales in either defence related sectors or similar industry.
  • Proficiency in establishing and managing customer relationships and key accounts.
  • In order to be considered for the role, you must currently be living in the European union and hold an EU Citizenship.
