Care Manager – Residential Aged Care

Location: Northern Beaches, NSW.

Seeking a Care Manager to lead clinical and care delivery across established residential aged care facility in the Northern Beaches.

These roles carry responsibility for both clinical oversight and day-to-day operational performance, with a focus on driving quality outcomes, maintaining compliance and leading multidisciplinary teams. Each site is supported by additional leadership and quality resources, allowing focus on team leadership, governance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight across care delivery
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and care teams
• Monitor quality indicators, incidents and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support accreditation processes and AN-ACC alignment

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role within aged care
• Strong leadership capability and communication skills
• Solid understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation and funding models
• Competent across clinical systems and documentation
• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
• Current police check
