Austcorp Healthcare are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader for the position of Care Manager within a medium sized, state of the art Aged Care Facility located in the Sydney Hills District local to Cherrybrook / Castle Hill.
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will be working alongside a second Clinical Manager and provided further support by an Educator, ACFI coordinator, 24/7 RNs and Care staff as well as a leisure and lifestyle team.
