AustCorp are currently seeking an enthusiastic, energetic person to join a growing business in Australia based out of Sydney CBD. To keep up with the growing demand, we are looking to appoint an experienced Customer Service and operations coordinator.

About you
You will have:
- A record of consistent work achievements with the ability to find solutions to day to day business operations
- Ability to manage teams, onboard teams and staff retention strategies
- 2-3 years of experience leading an online customer service and ability to sell, with experience across a range of online service channels including social media and live video chat
- Exceptional written communication skills; with the ability to provide clear and concise information
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to use technology to its potential to help with operations
- You have a consistent high attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills.
