Responsibilities:
The main requirement will is to be the face of the Design, Kitchen & Bathroom business Australia wide having full control and P&L Accountability for the performance of the country.
- Support, Lead and guide the Account Managers, Design Managers and General Managers across Oceania.
- Increase Brand recognition within the Design and K&B community in Australia and New Zealand, and any required market in Oceania territory.
- Focus on top Designers and K&B per centre and develop strong relationships with them that will return in Sales opportunities.
- Grow the B2C program within the Design and K&B industry across Oceania.
- Grow the WE platform sign ups and execution of the Loyalty programs within AD and K&B.
- Work closely with Marketing team + local C City/Showrooms for all merchandising activities.
- Lead targeted events for designers/KB across the Oceania Territory.
- Focus on Sales goals across all centres to increase sales and profitability.
- Work with dedicated KPIs to allow growth in all tangent segments where designers are involved (builders, Commercial, Key accounts).
- Work and collaborate with different Cosentino K&B and design leaders around the world.
- Work and collaborate with the Salesforce development team in order to optimize Salesforce performance in the Design Segment and in the Kitchen and Bath Segment.
- Manage the effectiveness of the DPO channel objectives and communicate on a monthly basis with each General Manager regarding WE, relationships, sales and key accounts.
- Develop and improve current Cosentino Kitchen & Bath and A&D initiatives – think outside of the box to evolve our current business strategies by taking into account the current feedback from the market and from the distribution centres.
- The candidate will be the face of Cosentino and will need to have a strong network in the design industry.
The Candidate:
The number one pre-requisite is to have had a successful sales bias career to date directly within the industry and possess a high-level network of strong, trusted and profitable relationships and increase the overall market share – Oceania.
- Must have at least 5-10 years of experience in a similar senior role.
- Area to cover will be Oceania so happy to commit to that region & associated travel.
- Great knowledge of the market with in the Interior Designer community.
- Ideally a Bachelor degree
- Must have strong negotiation skills
- Must have a strong network in the Design industry to show how they can introduce Cosentino’s products.
- Experienced with Kitchen & Bathrooms.
- Must be a true leader who will mentor part of our sales team.
- Hunter mentality and sales driven person.
- High energy levels and a sense of urgency to achieve all tasks.
- Proven track record of working towards and achieving multi-million-dollar targets.
- Full working permit to work legally in Australia with no restrictions.
