Electrician

Job description

AustCorp Executive is partnering with a WA-based engineering and manufacturing business that designs and builds specialist industrial equipment. We are seeking a hands-on Electrician to support the assembly, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of electrical and control systems within a production environment.

The Role
  • Carrying out electrical installation, wiring and fit-off activities on specialist equipment.
  • Supporting equipment readiness by identifying issues early and resolving them during the build process.
  • Assisting with practical testing and post-build rectification.
  • Working from drawings, layouts and workshop documentation to complete jobs accurately and safely.
  • Performing general electrical maintenance, component replacement and fault diagnosis as required.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve build quality, workflow and reliability
The Requirements
  • A Grade Electrician
  • Background in industrial electrical work, machinery, fixed plant, production, workshop or equipment-related environments.
  • Good practical capability across wiring, installation, maintenance and fault diagnosis.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment while also taking ownership of tasks independently.
