Prior experience in leading Facilities Engineering delivery to high-end Corporate Offices and Critical Sites is key to managing the diversity of these premises.

Key Skills:

• Strong leadership experience, able to lead and implement change (new processes, methodologies and technology)
• People-focused, not only a great people-leader, but strong engagement skills with internal stakeholders, consultants and suppliers.
• Technically competent across M&E/HVACR, CRAC, BMS, UPS and minor building works.
• Future-focused: - use of technology in Asset Management, Lifecycle forward planning, AI integration and Asset Data Reporting.

You will need to hold:

• A Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
• 10+ years’ industry experience
• Full Australian Work Rights
