We’re looking for a Estimator to join a leading building services contractor working across HVAC, mechanical, fire, electrical & plumbing service works.

This role offers a highly varied workload where no two days are the same, with exposure across multiple trades, clients, and project types.

�� What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate cost estimates across multiple building services trades
• Review drawings, scopes & site reports
• Price labour, materials, subcontractors & equipment
• Support tender submissions & pricing proposals
• Work closely with operations, technicians & suppliers
• Identify value engineering & cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain accurate estimating systems & records
• Ensure commercial outcomes & margin targets are achieved

�� What We’re Looking For

• Estimating experience in HVAC / Fire / Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing / FM
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings & scopes
• Solid understanding of job costing (labour, materials, margins)
• High attention to detail & strong numerical accuracy
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
