The Company
Join a large multi-national service provider company to manage an international client account. 

The Role:
  • Manage the account and client relationship 
  • Supervise delivery of hard and soft facility management, office services and general affairs for client office
  • Lead a team of 4 staff
  • Vendor management
  • Respond to client managers and employee requests
  • Liaise with clients and employees on issues and office projects
  • Manage financial and operational performance
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in Facilities / General Affairs, Property, Building Services or Projects
  • Staff management experience
  • English Business level conversation and fluent Japanese
