The Role
Austcorp are currently seeking strong and experienced Aged Care Manager to undertake the role of General Manager (may be clinical or non-clinical) for an NFP Aged Care Facility in Armidale, NSW.
The facility is a medium sized home that provides all levels of care, including some dementia specific.
The role requires a strong leader to take the reigns and align the facility with the organisations goals and leading the facility through a period of development, to successfully meet its financial, material and human resources targets.
Previous experience in Aged Care Consultancy or Senior Leadership is essential for this role.

Role Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Aged Care as a Senior Manager / Aged Care Consultant
- Understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Process
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- AHPRA Registration Desirable but not essential
- Understanding of ACFI processes
- Strong understanding of working within budgetary requirements
