I’m currently seeking an experienced General Manager for an Aged care Facility in the Marouba region, for a leading Aged Care provider – this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for a highly rewarding challenge whilst maintaining their work life balance with Monday – Friday work hours.
All General Managers will have excellent support from Regional Managers, Clinical Care Managers, ACFI Coordinators, Regional Educators, BA’s and Rostering Coordinators as well as a strong clinical team.

Role requirements;
- Experience in a Senior Management role, with minimum 2 years’ experience in the Aged Care industry
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- High level leadership capabilities
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to effectively discuss and oversee budgets
- Excellent salary + benefits + management bonus
- Relocation assistance of up to $5K
