An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a public sector organisation.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this strategic leadership role is responsible for driving the organisation’s long-term financial sustainability through robust financial planning, strategic budgeting, and performance frameworks.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Long-Term Financial Plan (LTFP) and Annual Budget processes.
  • Provide high-level strategic financial analysis, modelling, and advice to the Executive.
  • Oversee Procurement, Contracts, and Property & Leasing functions.
  • Hands-on role in major projects including new ERP and take on significant operational load.
  • Support financial governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
  • CPA or CA membership (or significant progress).
  • Demonstrated experience in financial strategy, modelling and performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of public sector financial governance and integrated planning.
  • Permanent Australian work rights and current WA “C” class driver’s licence
