I’m currently seeking an experienced General Manager for an Aged Care Facility in the Armidale region, for a leading Aged Care provider – this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for a highly rewarding challenge whilst maintaining their work life balance with Monday – Friday work hours.

All General Managers will have excellent support from Regional Managers, Clinical Care Managers, ACFI Coordinators, Regional Educators, BA’s and Rostering Coordinators as well as a strong clinical team.

Role requirements;

• Experience in a Senior Management role ideally within the Aged Care sector 
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• High level leadership capabilities
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to effectively discuss and oversee budgets
