The Head of Projects Role:

• Senior Leadership role
• Drive the Project Management division
• Clients are local and international companies across Japan
• Based in the Japan Head Office in central Tokyo
• Occasional travel to Osaka and other locations - self directed planning

Key Outcomes:

• Manage division P+L, strategic planning and performance
• Manage a team of Project Managers
• Ensure teams deliver high standards for Design-build, building services, fit-outs, refurbishments, relocations, MAC, A&A etc.
• Motivate, train and develop the team
• Grow the division with existing clients

Key Criteria:

• Experience in building projects in industrial, factory and manufacturing environments or similar
• Leadership skills to manage and drive a team
• Experience in P+L management
• Strategic thinking skills
• Desirable - Qualification in Construction, MEP, Engineering, Project Management, or similar
• Essential - Native Japanese language skills & business English
