Austcorp are currently seeking strong and experienced Home Care Professional to undertake the role of Care at Home Manager for an NFP provider across the South West Sydney and outer Region.
With the office location based locally to Campbelltown, you would be spending approx. 60% of your time roving across the different Home Care hubs between this South West Sydney Region and Canberra, working with the Home Care Teams and the organisations Business Development Manager to ensure the effective running of the service and identify and develop growth opportunities.

- Maintain strong knowledge of the strategic plan for the service and oversee key deliverables, reporting to the organisations Business Development Manager and wider SLT.
- Budget management
- Oversee compliance documentation and Medicare claims
- TAFE Student Program Management
Role Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Home Care as a Manager / Consultant
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Full Clean Drivers License
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to effectively discuss and oversee budgets
- High level leadership capabilities and the ability to maintain excellent reputation of this highly regarded organisation
