e are seeking 2 reliable HR Truck Drivers who are committed to maintaining our reputation for punctuality and safety. The ideal candidate will undergo a one-week training program focused on loading procedures and using our operational app, given the nature of our work involving high voltage. Working with major clients like Veolia and Disney. We pride ourselves on our family culture and commitment to safety and reliability. Our operations involve transporting materials primarily in urban areas and for local councils.

• Location: Botany Position:
• Temp to perm
• Overtime: Available
• $38-$40/h - Day Shift
• $47 - $49.6 - Night shift

Shifts:

• 10-hour shifts
• Day shift:5 AM to 4:30 PM
• Night shift: 6 PM to 4 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate automatic trucks 
• Secure cargo on trailers, adhering to load restraint protocols.
• Follow all safety processes and regulations during operations.
• Manage stress effectively and remain calm in challenging situations.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 
• Maintain excellent attendance, as reliability is critical to our operations.

Qualifications

• Full time working rights in Australia for over 6 months
• Must provide a current RMS Record
• Valid Heavy Ridgid Licence or above (HR, HC, MC)
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Must be fit and able to perform the physical demands of the job - no heavy lifting involved, but it's a start/stop kind of job, where you won't be sitting inside the truck for the entire time of your shift
• Knowledge of load restraints is a plus.
• Previous truck driving experience in the CBD area - at least 1 year
• Punctual and reliable
• Great manners and customer service skills
