Project Manager / Estimator – HVAC Bias| Perth, WA
We're partnering with a well-established mechanical services company looking for an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join their growing Perth team.
You'll take ownership of commercial HVAC projects from initial enquiry through to completion, managing estimating, project delivery and client relationships across projects ranging from $50K to $1.1M.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both estimating and project management and wants to work with a respected business delivering quality mechanical services.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and assess project requirements
- Prepare estimates, quotations and tender submissions
- Manage projects from award through to handover
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and equipment
- Monitor budgets, project costs and variations
- Liaise with clients, builders, consultants and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Carry out site inspections and quality assurance
- Experience in HVAC project management and estimating
- HVAC/Refrigeration trade background or Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical services
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and cost control experience
- Current WA Driver's Licence and White Card
