A great opportunity to join a major operator across Australia and New Zealand to oversee the compliance of their VIC State-wide delivery of mechanical services – maintenance, service and repair – to multiple premises.
You will need to come from a HVAC Trade background, having completed formal management training and held a managerial role (Service, Account or Branch Manager) for 5+ years; with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Along with strong reporting and P&L skills, you will need to have a strong awareness of legislative compliance, industry best practice and asset management (ISO55001).

- Cert III Mechanical Services (or equivalent)
- Restricted Electrical Licence
- Arctick License
- VBA Plumbing License would be advantageous
- Flammable Refrigerant (A2/A2L) Training
Duties:
- Must supervise and ensure that the Certificates of Electrical Safety are being completed and submitted by technicians
- Must supervise and sign off on Certificates of VBA Plumbing for works as required
- Ensuring compliance against statutory requirements, codes of practice, laws and regulations concerning technicians’ delivery of refrigeration and HVAC services.
- Ensure HVAC work is properly supervised and that the correct certifications are in place.
- Developing the auditing and supervision plan; which includes risk rating non-compliance items, timelines for corrective actions to be implemented, reporting requirements and the detailed onsite auditing schedules and checklist questionnaires
- Developing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual schedules for delivery of auditing activities.
- Oversee and audit works in State-wide Facilities and follow up on corrective actions whilst being responsible for work delivered.
- Utilising data and analytics to drive decisions around trends and corrective actions/audit results.
