What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting Key Account Managers with day-to-day sales operations
- Managing customer queries around orders, pricing, backorders, credits and product information
- Assisting with quotes, margin checks, product setup and account onboarding
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate data across ERP/CRM systems
- Supporting major healthcare and corporate accounts across Australia
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination or internal sales
- Someone proactive, switched on and highly organised
- Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to customers over the phone
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- A genuine interest in progressing into medical device sales in the future
- Genuine career pathway into a Medical Device Sales Representative position
