You’ll play a key role in driving performance, maintaining compliance, and improving processes across the loadout function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily loadout and dispatch operations
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of operators and forklift drivers
- Ensure accurate and timely loading of finished goods
- Coordinate with production and planning teams to meet dispatch schedules
- Monitor KPIs such as DIFOT, productivity, and accuracy
- Maintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, and WHS standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee reporting, shift handovers, and team performance
- Proven experience in a Loadout / Dispatch / Warehouse Supervisor role
- Strong background in FMCG or food manufacturing
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive team performance
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Valid Forklift Licence (LF) – essential
- Knowledge of WHS, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Experience using ERP/WMS systems (SAP highly regarded)
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol testing
- $85k-100k + penalties+ Super
