Maintenance Electrician – Day Shift | Food Manufacturing

The Role

- Electrical breakdown and preventative maintenance
- Fault finding across automated production and packaging equipment
- PLC fault finding and troubleshooting
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring machinery reliability and minimising downtime
- Working collaboratively with production and maintenance teams
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- NSW Electrical Licence
- Previous food manufacturing or FMCG experience
- Experience working within fully automated industrial/manufacturing environments
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability
- Exposure to conveyors, packaging machinery, motors, sensors, and automated systems
- A proactive attitude and strong team focus
This role operates on a rotating 6-week roster made up of 12-hour day shifts, designed to provide excellent work-life balance and regular extended breaks.
The roster includes:
- Rotating Monday–Thursday work weeks
- Three Saturday shifts across the 6-week cycle
- Regular long weekends and consecutive days off
