12-Hour Rotating Roster | 5-5-4 Pattern | $150K + Super (incl. penalties)

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join a night shift team operating on a 12-hour rotating 5-5-4 roster.

Roster

• 12-hour night shifts
• Rotating 5–5–4 roster across a 28-day cycle
• Work 5 nights followed by 5 days off
• Work 4 nights followed by 5 days off
• Consistent schedule with regular extended breaks between rotations

What You’ll Be Doing

• Fault finding and breakdown response across high-speed production equipment
• Work with PLCs, drives, VSDs, conveyors and safety systems
• Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance (PM & SM)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a high-performing, safety-focused maintenance team
• Work in a hands-on role within a high-volume FMCG environment

What You Bring

• Trade-qualified Electrician
• Experience in industrial or FMCG manufacturing environments
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across PLC and automation systems
• Experience with conveyors, drives, VSDs and safety circuits
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of HACCP, GMP and food safety standards
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Full Australian working rights
