06:00am – 2:00pm + Regular Sunday Shifts | High-Earning Potential
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Fitter to join a fast-paced packaging and manufacturing site based in Warwick Farm. This is an excellent opportunity to maximise your earnings while working in a modern, high-volume production environment.

You’ll play a key role in delivering mechanical maintenance, breakdown response, and plant reliability support across a large-scale, automated facility. Working alongside a dedicated maintenance team, you’ll contribute to keeping operations running safely and efficiently at peak performance.
What’s on offer:
- Day shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2–3 Sundays per month (paid at double time)
- Occasional Saturday shift cover available

- Perform mechanical maintenance, repairs, and breakdown response on plant and production equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and improve reliability
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning
- Collaborate with electrical trades and production teams to troubleshoot faults
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, job cards, and CMMS updates
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
- Trade-qualified Fitter / Mechanical Technician
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, food production, or similar automated environments
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Hands-on capability, including welding and operating a lathe machine
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Proactive approach to maintenance, safety, and problem-solving
- Familiarity with CMMS systems (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
