Plumbing Foreman – Commercial | Perth CBD & Surrounds
$60 – $65ph + Company Vehicle + Laptop

The Company
Established commercial plumbing contractor with a strong project pipeline across central Perth.

The Role
Hands-on Foreman position owning day-to-day site operations across commercial plumbing projects, both below and above ground works.

Your Responsibilities

• Daily management of work fronts, team, plant & equipment
• Coordinate with other trades and the builder
• Material ordering (major items handled by the PM)
• Run monthly toolbox meetings & maintain site safety
• Attend site meetings with the builder
• Mentor team members and apprentices
• Approve weekly timesheets
• Manage QA documentation — photos, as-cons, testing
• Identify and report variations to scope

About You

• Licensed Plumber with Foreman or leading-hand experience
• Strong commercial background — below & above ground
• Good communicator with builders, trades & crew
• Organised with an eye for quality & documentation
