Austcorp Executive are partnering with a leading OEM which specialise in the design and manufacture bulk material handling components. This company is a global leader within their field working throughout the Australian and International mining markets.

As the Operations Manager you will hold a key position in the Senior leadership team. You will oversee various areas of the business and implement processes to further the success of the business.

As the Operations Manager your day-to-day will include but not be limited to: 

• Oversee the daily manufacturing operations
• Guide and mentor production team to keep jobs within budget and on time
• Ensure the company’s products and services meet customer expectations 
• Formulate strategic and operations objectives to improve production procedures
• Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards to help resolve complexities
• Work across departments to ensure all operations are aligned with the companies objectives. 

A little bit about you:

• Experience as an Operations, Production or Manufacturing Manager with an OEM or similar environment
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety 
• Conveyor and Fixed Plant Experience (Highly Regarded)
• Experience with budgeting / forecasting 
• Strong communication skills
