The Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless running of daily operations, ensuring that each department works efficiently to meet the company’s objectives. Leading a team of 25 dedicated staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business’s growth strategy. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage operations across customer service, logistics, and production to ensure the smooth functioning of the business.
• Work closely with the ownership team to align operational strategies with the company’s growth goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 25, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high standards in quality, safety, and service.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a hands-on approach, addressing operational challenges proactively.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in an operations management role within a manufacturing environment, ideally with a focus on metal products or a related industry.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively at all levels.
