$75,000 - $85,000 + Super

A well-established commercial façade contractor is seeking an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join their growing team based in Belmont WA.

Working across commercial construction projects, this role will support Project Managers and assist with the day-to-day coordination and administration of active projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous construction administration experience looking to join a stable and collaborative business within the façade and glazing sector.

The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing administrative support to Project Managers and site teams
  • Managing project documentation, filing systems and document control
  • Assisting with RFIs, variations, procurement and subcontractor documentation
  • Coordinating supplier orders, delivery tracking and project correspondence
  • Maintaining project registers, schedules and compliance documentation
  • Supporting invoicing, purchase orders and project cost tracking
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with WHS and project compliance administration
  • Ensuring project records and systems are maintained accurately and efficiently
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
  • Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Construction Administrator or Project Coordinator role
  • Experience within commercial construction, façades, glazing or related industries highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience using construction/project management software such as Procore, Aconex, Jobpac or similar is advantageous
  • A proactive and team-focused attitude
