Develop your engineering and operations skillset, with wide ranging work across the FMCG arena, from reliability & maintenance to efficiency and capital projects.

The Role
- You will be required to travel for work during the week nationally across Australia.
- You will make a difference on a number of projects with your continuous improvement mindset.
- Speaking to key decision-makers in household recognisable organisations.
- Substantial technical and project experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Experience in managing large projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent relationship builder and ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent initiative and ability to lead by example.
- Must have a Engineering Qualification.
- High level of integrity and ability to speak up when needed.
- Experience in CAD, Word, Excel, MEX and also planning, analysis & six sigma is desired.
- Above Market Salary
