Project Engineer - Asset Management

Job description

We are partnering with a public sector organisation seeking a Project Engineer - Asset Management to lead strategic asset planning and support best-practice asset management across infrastructure and systems.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Support development of strategic planning documents (Asset Management Plans, Long Term Financial Plans, Business Plans)
  • Maintain and update asset registers, including data collection, verification, condition assessments and valuations
  • Identify asset renewal and capital works programs based on performance and growth needs
  • Develop, review and improve Asset Management Plans and frameworks
  • Analyse asset data to identify issues, trends and improvement opportunities
  • Provide technical engineering advice on asset and maintenance matters
  • Support and enhance the organisation's Asset Management System (TechnologyOne)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure best practice asset management outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across asset management processes
 
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in asset management or similar role
  • Strong asset data analysis and management capability
  • Knowledge of infrastructure design, construction and maintenance practices
  • Experience with software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 12D or similar
  • Current driver's licence
  • Full Australian working rights and ability to pass a police check
