Key Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of quality care, clinical care and person centred care
- Oversee coordination of ACFI assessments
- Overseeing Medication management and strong clinical practice
- Care planning and evaluation
- Undertake personal and professional development for yourself and your team
- A valid Australian working rights
- Strong previous experience in Aged Care OR in a Healthcare leadership role
- Knowledge of ACFI funding
- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
