AUSTCORP are currently seeking experienced Asphalt Lead Steel Roller Operators AND Asphalt Labourers to join our growing asphalt crews. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated operators with strong asphalt knowledge and a commitment to quality workmanship and safety. 

Needed: 

• Proven experience operating steel rollers in asphalt applications
• Strong understanding of asphalt paving and compaction processes
• Easy Going Attitude
• White Card (Construction Card)
• RII machinery tickets (Skid Steer, Roller, FEL etc.)
• Current Driver Licence - HR licence advantageous
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends if required
• Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical
• Able to Work away when needed
• Able to Maintain Safe Work Practices at all Times
