The Opportunity
If you’ve spent time in industrial sales and actually understand how things run on-site - this is the kind of role that gives you more ownership.

You’ll be working with a global engineering business, partnering directly with customers to solve real operational problems - improving efficiency, reducing waste, and helping sites run better.

It’s a mix of existing accounts and new business, but the focus is on building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted technical advisor, not just another rep.

What the Role Looks Like
  • Get out on-site and work alongside customers to understand their processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and recommend practical solutions
  • Manage and grow an established customer base across your territory
  • Develop new business through a proactive, relationship-led approach
  • Deliver proposals, pricing, and technical recommendations
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to support solutions
What You’ll Bring

This role suits someone who enjoys the technical side of sales, not just the commercial side.
  • Background in technical sales, applications, or engineering
  • Experience with industrial or process equipment (pumps, valves, automation, fluid systems, etc.)
  • Comfortable being on-site and dealing with engineers, operators, and decision-makers
  • Ability to understand a problem and turn it into a practical solution
  • Self-driven, commercially aware, and confident building relationships
Preferred Background

We’re particularly interested in candidates coming from:
  • Pumps, valves, or fluid handling systems
  • Process equipment or industrial machinery
  • Filtration, dosing, or water treatment
  • Automation, controls, or instrumentation
  • Compressed air or related industrial systems
(Direct product experience isn’t essential - strong transferable experience and an engineering background is what matters most.)
