- Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and product demonstrations
- Work closely with customers to understand process challenges and deliver tailored engineering solutions
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and value-based recommendations
- Collaborate with internal engineering and technical support teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
- Build long-term, trusted relationships as a technical advisor rather than a transactional salesperson
- Drive consistent territory growth through both account management and new business development
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification, or strong technical background in a related field
- Proven experience in technical sales or business development within industrial environments
- Strong understanding of industrial/process equipment such as pumps, valves, fluid handling systems, filtration, or automation
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into commercial solutions
- Full Australian working rights without requiring sponsorship
