What will you do? 

You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth across a defined territory, managing key accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities within the industrial and construction markets.

• Achieve sales targets across revenue, volume, and margin.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to quote, close, and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your region.
• Monitor customer performance, identify trends, and act on opportunities or gaps.
• Prepare and manage quotes in collaboration with internal teams.
• Provide technical product support and guidance to customers and stakeholders.
• Deliver product training to distributors and end users.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project and order delivery.
• Provide regular market feedback on pricing, competitors, and opportunities.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to drive product awareness.

What will you need?

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role within industrial, construction, or related markets
• Strong understanding of the industrial or construction sector (PVC or similar products highly regarded)
• Driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region
• Full Australian work rights without requiring sponsorship.
