What You’ll Do:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects ranging from 2- 25  million 
• Work closely with the team on tenders and pricing strategies
• Manage large project details and price smaller jobs efficiently
• Contribute to delivery of projects to a degree — you’ll be part of the wider delivery team
• Use estimating software such as CostX, BuildSoft, or Bluebeam

What They’re Looking For:

• Proven commercial fitout estimating experience with strong tenure
• Ability to handle projects from small to large scale confidently
• Team player who fits a friendly, hands-on, non-corporate culture

Salary & Package:

• $150K – $160K + Super
• Vehicle can be included for the right candidate
• Flexible packages tailored to experience
