Senior Quality Clinical Manager
Residential Aged Care
A leading aged care provider is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Care Manager to support and strengthen quality, governance and continuous improvement outcomes across a portfolio of Residential Aged Care homes.
This is a senior leadership opportunity suited to an experienced aged care professional with strong people management capability, extensive quality and compliance experience and a solid clinical background within Residential Aged Care environments.
The Role
Working closely with senior governance and operational leaders, you will oversee service-level quality assurance activities, support site leadership teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple aged care homes.
You will play a key role in strengthening governance frameworks, supporting audits and accreditation outcomes, coaching operational leaders and ensuring high standards of resident-centred care are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives across Residential Aged Care services
- Support homes with accreditation readiness, audits, incident management and compliance outcomes
- Monitor and analyse quality indicators, trends, incidents and audit findings to identify improvement opportunities
- Coach and mentor operational and clinical leaders to strengthen capability and accountability
- Support governance, risk management and escalation processes across services
- Drive evidence-based improvements focused on resident safety, experience and care outcomes
- Partner with operational teams to embed best practice clinical governance frameworks
- Support investigations, complaint management and regulatory responses where required
- Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the organisation
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management or senior leadership role
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience within senior quality, compliance or governance focused positions
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within clinical leadership roles
- Strong people management and coaching capability
- Current or recent experience working within Residential Aged Care
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation and clinical governance frameworks
- Experience leading audits, investigations, incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and analytical skills
- Ability to support teams through change, operational pressures and quality improvement activity
- Salary in the region of $150k + super + salary packaging + car allowance
